Ecco alcuni  <\/strong><strong>esempi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTROLLED NITRIDING<\/strong> &#8211; Questo trattamento speciale di nitrurazione gassosa \u00e8 attentamente controllato per ottenere una durezza superficiale superiore a 1000HV. Offre un&#8217;eccellente prestazione sugli acciai inossidabili e penetra nel substrato fino a una profondit\u00e0 di circa due centesimi. Progettato per un\u2019incredibile durabilit\u00e0.<br \/>\n<strong>DLC<\/strong> &#8211; Un rivestimento al carbonio potenziato simile al diamante, che offre una maggiore resistenza al carico. Lo strato a base metallica (nitruro di cromo) conferisce la durezza superficiale richiesta e migliora la resilienza del rivestimento al carbonio, risultando in una &#8220;crosta&#8221; protettiva con uno spessore di circa 2 micron.<br \/>\n<strong>CROMATURA<\/strong> &#8211; Applicata per ridurre l&#8217;attrito, aumenta la durabilit\u00e0 mediante un miglioramento della tolleranza all&#8217;abrasione e della resistenza all&#8217;usura. Riduce anche problemi come il grippaggio o il bloccaggio delle parti ed espande l&#8217;inerte chimico, incluso la resistenza all&#8217;ossidazione. Inoltre, pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata come materiale di riempimento per parti usurate, ripristinandone le dimensioni originali. La cromatura misura tra 65 e 69 HRC, a seconda del substrato.<br \/>\n<strong>NITRURAZIONE AL CROMO (CrN) <\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 Un composto chimico con cromo e azoto, con la formula CrN. Possiede una durezza eccezionale e mostra una notevole resistenza alla corrosione.
